Inspiration: Beautiful Bathrooms

If you’re anything like us you’ve spent your fair share of time procrastinating on design websites and flipping through home magazines. If you’re planning to renovate or redesign a room a bit of inspiration goes a long way… and if you just like to daydream about your “one day home”, there’s nothing wrong with that either! Lately we’ve been drawn to beautifully designed bathrooms, so we thought we’d share some favourites with you.

This bathroom makeover by TV personality and interior stylist Emily Henderson has completely won us over with its feminine touches and gleaming gold hardware. The real winner is that mermaid-tail tiling.

Where Emily’s bathroom was all femininity, this grey subway tiled refurbishment by Interior Therapy oozes modern masculinity. The classic, unfussy, and elegant bathroom is perfect for the Buckinghamshire family home.

Less is more in this beautiful minimalist bathroom in a Barcelona apartment by Katty Schiebeck. The big marble bathtub is simple and luxurious, and abundant natural light shows off the colour and texture of the parquetry floor.

Natural and modern come together effortlessly in a sleek project in Windsor by Gia Bathrooms and Kitchens. The wooden accents and rain showerhead connect the inside space to the bamboo forest view from the window, adding a hint of contemporary bohemian.

This minty bathroom by Tim Barber brings a bit of art deco elegance to a Spanish colonial home in Brentwood, California. The use of fresh, pale green and white keeps the black tiled accents from overpowering and darkening the space. Love the pedestal sink!

What would your dream bathroom look like?
